The RF generator, as a building block
Not every team wants a full PPU. Some want the ionisation stage as a clean module and keep the rest of the power system in-house.
- Our RF PPU, stripped back to the part that produces the matched RF drive. Bus conditioning and system control removed.
- Clean interface. Documented power-setpoint and telemetry; your controller closes the beam or thrust loop.
- One platform, both bands. 13.56 MHz for helicon sources, 0.5 to 2 MHz for RIT-class.
Who it suits
RF-ionised gridded ion thrusters (RIT class), where the RF generator is one supply among several, and helicon sources where the generator plus matching is closer to the whole PPU. See gridded RF ion thrusters and helicon and ICP thrusters, or the full RF PPU if you want the whole power chain.
